Sinter metal mesh filters
Stainless steel sintered wire mesh which is used for purification and separation of fluid materials is mainly divided into three parts: barrier layer, protective layer and reinforcing layer. It is usually made from 5 layers of stainless steel wire mesh stacked together according to a certain structure, then made into porous sintered plate by vacuum sintering, rolling and other processes. It has such unparalleled performance: stable filter rating, good strength, and easy to clean. 6 layered sintered wire mesh can be got by adding one12 mesh wire mesh on the 5 layered wire mesh. Thickness is 3.5mm with better pressure resistance.
