BEOT-AS Metallic Membrane Media provides submicron filtration while minimizing pressure drop through the use of a two-density media system.  There is a support layer designed to withstand the pressures of the application and a very thin filtration layer.  This unique design not only minimizes pressure drop, it allow facilitates positive regeneration of media by means of backwashing.  The layers are sinter boned together so there is no risk of the layers separating.
